Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT & FULL FEE The Deposit fee is 50% of full Session amount and is payable at time of booking to lock in your spot. Due to scheduling no booking can be secured until deposit is paid. Deposit is non-refundable. Final balance is due day of the photoshoot. No photos will be edited or sent to clients who fail to pay the full amount. DISTRIBUTION High resolution digital images will be sent through an online gallery to your email address. Turn around times vary from 2-weeks from session date. SOCIAL MEDIA I, Client give permission for Olivia Abnett Photography to use images of our session for social media reasons or l have spoken to Olivia about my consent for our images to be displayed. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW I understand that sometimes things come up and sessions need to be cancelled/ moved. 24hr notice must be given for any cancellation by either Client or Photographer, Olivia. while deposits are non refundable they can be transferred to another session. PAYMENT I, Client have read contract and upon payment I agree to all terms written out.
